A Russian manicure is a dry, electric-file (e-file) technique developed in Eastern Europe. We never soak the hand. Instead, the cuticle is precisely lifted and refined with a medical-grade rotary file, allowing gel polish to be applied right up to the cuticle line. The result is a cleaner finish and noticeably longer wear — typically four weeks or more.
